Incorporated in 2005, IPC began its operations with the acquisition of its first international, telco-grade Internet Data Center facility at RCBC Plaza in Makati City.
By 2006, the company focused on niche markets for Internet connectivity provisioning, server co-location and other data center and network management services, taking on unprecedented growth in revenue and organization.
In 2007, IPC expanded its business into cloud computing through partnerships with global industry leaders, and is now considered to be a frontrunner in the Internet Data Center and Cloud Computing arena.
In December 2010, IPC became the country's first and only Internet Data Center and Cloud Services Provider to be listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Less than a year later, the company opened a new state-of-the-art Internet Data Center facility in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
In early 2012, the public company, IP Converge Data Center, Inc., transferred all assets to private company IP Converge Data Services, Inc. The private company which IPC now represents, became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ePLDT in October 2012.
