Incorporated in July 2005, IP-Converge began its operations with the acquisition of its first international, telco-grade Internet Data Center facility at RCBC Plaza in Makati City.

By 2006, the company focused on niche markets for Internet connectivity provisioning, server co-location and other data center and network management services, taking on unprecedented growth in revenue and organization. In 2007, IP-Converge began to expand its business into business applications and software-as-aservice, and is now considered to be a frontrunner in the Internet Data Center and Cloud Computing arena.

In December 2010, IP-Converge became the country's first and only Internet Data Center and Cloud Services Provider to be listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. 

Less than a year later, the company opened a new state-of-the-art Internet Data Center facility in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.

To this day, IP-Converge continues to leverage on its robust network infrastructure and data center facilities, its strategic partnerships, and highly-skilled staff to make a strong statement in the global ICT industry.
