  • Independent power (separate from building)
  • Independent 2mVA generator set
  • 2N UPS configuration composed of conventional and scalable UPS
  • Redundant bus duct
  • Dual power feeds

 

Cooling:

  • 7 X 30TR  PACU units with external units heat exchanger
  • Redundant cooling system per PACU units
  • Room temperature: 18 to 24 degrees Celsius
  • Relative humidity: 40 to 50% non-condensing

 

Fire-Suppression:

  • VESDA Aspiration System
  • FM200 Fire Suppression System 
    • Centralized Panel with Annunciator, handling five (5) cylinder tanks
    • Installed smoke detectors and nozzles at room space and under raised floor based on hydraulic calculation 
  • 2-hour fire-rated partition walls

 

Physical Environment:

  • Anti-static raised flooring
  • Hot aisle / Cold aisle rack layout with perforated panels on Cold aisle
  • Overhead cable trays, separate for power and data cabling
  • IDC access requires foot covers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation

  • 24 x 7 stationary and roving security force
  • CCTV Monitoring System with CCTV camera for every aisle
  • Access Control and Mantrap System
